Jonathan ProtheroCOO & Co-Founder
In 2013, Jonathan leveraged his 20 years of experience in the staffing industry and extensive knowledge in business development and operations to co-found TalentNet.
Before that, Jonathan founded one of Canada’s largest recruitment companies which continues to receive recognition as one of Canada’s Fastest Growing Companies since beginning operations in 2004.
Although Jonathan is proud of his many business accomplishments, his current reign as the company-wide TalentNet Golf Champion tops his list.

A transformational senior executive with wide-ranging experience leading global recruitment and contingent labor programs, Micah is one of TalentNet’s co-founders.
As the acting president of one of the fastest-growing recruitment companies over the past 12 years, Micah’s knowledge spans consulting services, operations management, marketing and sales.
When not in the office or visiting clients, you are likely to find Micah in a cold arena, way too early in the morning, trying to build a team of future NHLers.
