Brian Spour is responsible for TalentNet’s Customer Consulting & Advisory services, which includes Program Readiness and Customer Success. These two practices span from up-front program design to ongoing program oversight and continuous improvement for all of TalentNet’s active clients.
Before joining TalentNet, Brian worked extensively within staff augmentation and resourcing operations, where he gained deep knowledge of strategic workforce management. Brian’s experience centered heavily on IT projects in Canada, maintaining a focus on operational execution and efficiency. Since joining TalentNet, he has established and led TalentNet’s most successful Direct Sourcing programs and now uses the knowledge gained from those experiences to guide clients in designing and delivering their programs.
