TalentNet places two industry veterans in key leadership roles to fuel growth

Sarah Snider and Maurice Bennett promoted to take on advanced leadership roles to support TalentNet's rapid growth in direct sourcing and total talent transformation.

TORONTO, ON - TalentNet is pleased to announce two changes to its senior global leadership team as the company continues to experience rapid growth while executing its Total Talent Strategy.

Currently Vice President of Product and Strategy, Sarah Snider has also been named Chief of Staff and is now responsible for strategy propagation through the growing organization. Sarah has been in the software industry for 13 years, the last 5 of which have been with TalentNet. During her tenure with TalentNet, Sarah has led TalentNet's product strategy, execution, usability and quality departments. She also oversees TalentNet's software roadmaps and the production of critical client delivery. Her impressive list of 20+ digital credentials includes analytics, big data, agile/scrum, marketing, web accessibility, and product strategy. The Chief of Staff role is a newly-created position required to support the transformational growth and strategic focus at TalentNet.

Maurice Bennett, a dedicated technologist with almost 20 years of experience, has been named TalentNet's Chief Architect. As Chief Architect, he will spearhead the development of new and innovative technology solutions, ensuring TalentNet continues to deliver high-quality, state-of-the-art enterprise solutions for its ever-growing client base.

A seasoned developer for many years, he has a wealth of experience building scalable enterprise web applications and a passion for finding rock-solid solutions to the most challenging technology problems. The Chief Architect role is a newly-created position to help TalentNet take its industry-recognized talent acquisition software platform to the next level.
